Isaac Diggs

Isaac Diggs was born in 1972 in Cleveland, Oh. An artist and educator, Diggs studied English Literature at Columbia College in New York (1994) and later received his MFA in photography from the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts at Bard College (2002).

He has received grants from the Lower Eastside Printshop (2000), the United States Department of Education (2000) and the Asian Cultural Council (2004). Diggs' work has been exhibited most recently at The Studio Museum of Harlem (New York City, N.Y.), Youkobo Art Space (Tokyo, Japan), The Print Center (Philadelphia, PA) and Luxe Gallery (New York City, NY). His work is part of the permanent collection of the New York Public Library and the Walker Art Center in Minn., MN.
